- Developing, organizing and overseeing the general educational courses of Efling.
- Managing courses for union representatives.
- The marketing of educational courses, presentations and instruction.
- The organization of regular educational events.
- Collaborating on projects handled by the social- and development division, as well as the projects of other divisions within Efling.
Hiring standards:
- Education and/or experience in the field of educational studies.
- Experience with disseminating information and developing presentational material in Icelandic and English preferable.
- Knowledge in the field of wage struggles is an asset.
- Outstanding skills in human interactions.
- Flexibility, ambition and discipline in work.
Labour organizerMain tasks:
- Assembling a system of union representatives.
- Work place meetings and the empowering of union members.
- Participating in the organizing of events, publication and the dissemination of information to the members of the union.
- Collaborating on projects handled by the social- and development division, as well as the projects of other divisions within Efling.
Hiring standards:
- Education and experience which can be useful in the job.
- Outstanding skills in human interactions.
- Knowledge in the field of wage struggles is an asset.
