The job evaluation committee (starfsmatsnefnd) of Reykjavík city has agreed a reappraisal of the following jobs in kindergartens and welfare.
The job title “Starfsmaður 2” and “Starfsmaður 2 með stuðning” are discontinued. Those with that title now get the job title “Leiðbeinandi 1” or “Leiðbeinandi 1 með stuðning”.
As of June 1, 2021, the basic order of jobs in kindergartens will be as follows:
- Leiðbeinandi 1 goes from category 230 to 233
- Leiðbeinandi 1 með stuðning goes from category 234 to 236
- Leiðbeinandi 2 goes from category 233 to 235
- Leiðbeinandi 2 með stuðning goes from category 237 to 240
- Leikskólaliði goes from category 235 to 239
- Leikskólaliði með stuðning goes from category 237 to 242
Wages will be corrected retroactively from June 1, 2021. The correction will be processed on April 1 or May 1, 2022.
The basic order of jobs in welfare at Reykjavík city will be as follows:
- Starfsmaður við umönnun goes from category 234 to 237 as of December 1, 2021.
- Félagsliði í búsetuþjónustu goes from category 240 to 242 from of April 1, 2020 through December 31, 2021, and from category 242 as of January 1, 2022.
- Félagsliði í umönnun goes from category 239 to 245 from October 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021 and from category 245 to category 247 as of January 1, 2022.
- Félagsliði í heimaþjónustu goes from category 237 to 243 from October 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021 and from category 243 to 246 as of January 1, 2022.
Wages will be corrected retroactively. The correction will be processed on May 1 or June 1, 2022.
