Contract must reflect housing costs and conditions of workers

Efling has issued a declaration in response to the offer made by SA in a negotiations meeting last week and presented publicly.

In the declaration, the presentation of the SA offer is criticized, and Efling’s position reiterated. The Efling negotiations committee demands a contract that represents the high cost of living and working in the capital region. Also, the contract must take into consideration the composition of the group of Efling workers, which is different from that of rural areas.
