Collective Agreement Signed with the NPA Centre

Yesterday Efling – union and SGS signed a collective agreement with the NPA centre. The only changes made from the last collective agreement are salary increases. The salary increases are the same as were agreed upon in the private sector.

The monthly salary of those who have just started working increases by 40.256 kr. per month.
The monthly salary of those who have been one year on the job increases by 42.201 kr. per month.
The monthly salary of those who have been three years on the job increases by 46.406 kr. per month.
The monthly salary of those who have been five years on the job increases by 52.963 kr. per month.

The shift bonus work on major public holidays will also increase. The article in the collective agreement will be as follows: “Work on New Year’s Day, good Friday, Easter Sunday, Whit Sunday, 17 June, Christmas eve after 12am, Christmas day, and New Year’s Eve after 12am will be paid with an 120% bonus, but with the exceptions that from 4am to midnight on Christmas eve and New Year’s Eve and from midnight to 8am on Christmas Day and New Years Day has an 165% bonus.” This means that the shift bonus increases from 90% to 120% and from 120% to 165%.

An online election will about the collective agreement among Efling members that work for the NPA centre. More than 200 Efling members work under the collective agreement assisting disabled people.
