The collective wage agreement við SORPA

On Friday, May 12, a collective wage agreement was signed between Efling and SORPA. The wage agreement is valid from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024. The increases in the agreement are the same as in the Reykjavík City wage agreements, and there is an increase in the salary table between ISK 40,000 and ISK 47,000. In addition, cleaning units, station work load and wire work load increase by 15%.

Voting on the collective agreement will start on Friday, May 19 on Efling’s website. Voting starts at 13:00. Click here to vote. Polls will be open until 1pm on Thursday, May 25.
