Members of Efling can purchase a voucher worth ISK 30,000 that can be used when booking a service with Úrval Útsýn. The price for one voucher is ISK 20,000 for Efling’s members – so members can save a decent amount. The vouchers are sold through My Pages.
The vouchers can be used for all package tours sold by Sumarferðir and Úrval Útsýn that are valid to March 31, 2024. The travel agencies will accept the vouchers as part of payment for trips during that time. Note that the vouchers cannot be used for trips over Christmas or Easter. The vouchers are non-refundable.
Using the voucher: When purchasing a service with Úrval Útsýn, enter the voucher code. ISK 30,000 will then be deducted from the total price.
When you buy an Úrval Útsýn voucher, 10 points are deducted from your points.
There are a limited number of vouchers available. Each member can only purchase one voucher every calendar year.
The right to grants/refunds from the Recreational Fund is based on the following:
• Contributions must have been paid to the fund for the previous six consecutive months and members must have enough points.
• Members who receive pension or disability pension can purchase vouchers for two years after retirement (as with rights to other funds) or have enough points.
