The apartment is on the upper floor at Breiðamörk 19, in the same building as Efling’s office. There is a stairway up from the ground floor and there is no elevator in the building. The apartment has three bedrooms, two with double beds and the third with two single beds. Sleeping space and duvets for 6 people. A good kitchen with a table nook and kitchen features. A spacious living room and dining room within the same space and access to a small balcony with a barbecue grill. A good bathroom with a large shower. The apartment is equipped with all the essential equipment; a television, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave and a washer/dryer. All cleaning products and cleaning tools are available there.

Hveragerði is known for its area of hot springs in the middle of the town and so-called “skáldagötur” (bard paths) where many of the country’s most famous writers lived in previous years. We recommend walking through town, stopping by the area of hot springs, where one can soak one’s feet in clay or boil and egg in one of the hot springs. Then again, one can always go to a café, as the town contains many services and there is a swimming pool and a golf course nearby.
