Description
Two apartments in a terrace of houses, Laufásvegur 21 and 23, about 65 m2 in size. The lower floor contains a master bedroom with a double bed, guest rooms with a bed (140*200) and a bathroom with a shower. The upper floor contains a living room/dining room and kitchen in one continuous space, as well as a small guest room with a bed (120*200) – a total of five sleeping areas. There are covers and pillows for five people. The apartment also contains a children’s bed and a children’s chair. The kitchen contains all the most common utensils, a stove with an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher, along with other kitchen appliances for day-to-day use. The living room contains a sofa and a couch, a dining room set with six chairs and a television. One can access a balcony with furniture from the upper floor. There is no hot tub. The apartment has wi-fi.
