Description
The house is on one floor and contains two rooms with 160 cm beds, three rooms with beds of 140cm beds. There is a large kitchen and a living room and TV-room, as well as a toilet and a large bathroom with a shower. A good backyard, a porch, a barbecue and lawn furniture. There are sleeping areas for seven people. Covers and pillows for seven people. All the standard equipment is included, that is, a television, a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave and a gas barbecue. Also, all cleaning supplies and cleaning tools are included.

The house belongs to the vacation house neighborhood of Svignaskarð but stands by itself to the right of highway, opposite to the vacation house neighborhood. The house is an elegant single-family home with an electrical hot tub. One can get a good look around the lovely landscape from the property. Many beautiful sites may be seen all around, particulary Langavatn, Baula by Bifröst and Hreðavatn, where there are particularly lovely walking paths.
One can drive there from Reykjavík in about 1 hour and 15 minutes, that is, 107 km.
