Cancellations and changes to the lease agreement

• The tenant can cancel the house up to 14 days before stay with a full refund on the deducted booking fee. The refund is paid into the account that the tenant has registered.
  
  
• The tenant can cancel the house up to 7 days before stay with 50% refund on the deducted booking fee. If staff Efling manage to rent the house out within the discussed time period, receives 75% refund, on the deducted booking fee. The refund is paid into the account that the tenant has registered.
  
  
• If the lease agreement is submitted later (less than 7 days notice) there is no refund at all

For changes to the lease agreement for a holiday house a booking fee of 1.500 kr. If the tenant wishes to submit or change the lease agreement, send a request by email to orlof@efling.is with information about the tenant's name and personal ID together with the contract number.

If the tenant cannot arrive at the residence due to weather/impassable conditions, they must send notification about it before the rental period starts by email to the address orlof@efling.is Forsend the condition for a refund due to weather is that The Meteorological Office has issued a warning.
