Efling Board of Representatives
EFLING’S HIGHEST AUTHORITY BETWEEN GENERAL MEETINGS
Between general meetings, the Efling Steering Council is the highest authority in the affairs of the union, unless otherwise stated in its bylaws. The Steering Council comprises the union’s board and 115 member representatives. The full Steering Council has 130 members. Its term is two years and begins on January 1 following the elections.
The Board of Representatives meets once a month during the winter.
