Efling has published a new issue of its Economic Analysis, which this time deals with the contidions of disabled people. Too many recipients of disability pensions are caught in poverty due to excessively low pensions from social insurance, excessive means testing, and too high taxation on the low income of pensioners. A disabled person who earns up to 200.000 kr. in additional income through labor market participation or from pension fund savings can barely make ends meet due to means testing and taxation.
