The collective agreement of Efling Union with the Federation of Independent Schools has been approved by a vote of the union members. The contract is valid retroactively from last April 1st, and therefore contractual increases for the last six months are to be paid at the end of the next month.
The agreement, which was signed last September 18, is valid until March 31, 2028. The agreement is similar to the collective bargaining agreement that Efling made with the City of Reykjavík.
