Efling Union workplace representatives are heading out today to visit workplaces. Last week, Efling representatives visited numerous workplaces, where they spoke with workers, introduced them to the union’s services, and, importantly, explained the union representative system.
These site visits are part of Efling’s ongoing campaign to strengthen its union representative structure. The current focus is on reinforcing this system within the industrial sector, and the choice of workplaces visited reflects that emphasis.
The team of field representatives includes active members of Efling, many of whom serve on the union council or as union reps in their workplaces. They are therefore well equipped to share their experience and knowledge.
