On November 1, point deductions for winter rentals of holiday homes in Efling will begin. The point deduction applies to the rental of holiday homes from 1 January 2024 to 31 May 2024. During this time union members cannot rent a holiday house unless they have points in the system. In order to book a holiday house during this period, you must have at least one point.
