Well over 200 Efling members have responded to a survey which the union opened today on its website. The survey asked what information companies had given to staff about whether they would comply or not with the SA lockout.
According to the responses, the following companies have declared to staff that they will not participate in the lockout:
- Laugar ehf. (World Class)
- Te og kaffi
- Nings
- Gleðiheimar (Pítan, Aktu taktu, American Style, Blackbox o.fl.)
- Garðlist
- Serrano
- KFC
- IceTransport
- Iðnmark (Stjörnusnakk)
- Fagkaup
- Vaka hf. (dráttarbílaþjónustan)
- Gólflagnir ehf.
- Loftorka Reykjavík
These are the companies that have declared, according to the survey, that they will participate in the lockout:
- Össur
- Eimskip
- Myllan-Ora
- Nýþrif
- Austurlandahraðlestin
- N1
- Ölgerðin
- AÞ þrif
- Jáverk
- Brim
According to the survey, the following companies have not provided information to staff about whether or not they will be part of the lockout:
- Matartíminn
- Coca Cola á Íslandi
- Marel
- Joe and the Juice
- Samskip
- Ístak
- Öryggismiðstöðin
- Securitas
- Pizza-pizza ehf. (Dominos)
- Dagar hf.
- Nostra ehf.
- Hreint ehf.
- Ferskar kjötvörur
- Skólamatur
- Hopp Reykjavík
- Kynnisferðir
The names of the companies are published with the disclaimer that the information does not come from them, but from nameless responses sent by members.
