The Fishing Card suits both experienced anglers and families since children under the age of 14 fish for free when accompanied by a cardholder. With the card in your pocket, you can fish almost without restrictions in 38 lakes across the country. Not only that, but cardholders can also camp for free beside many of these lakes.
The Fishing Card can be purchased through the online shop on My Pages at Efling. It is worth noting that only plastic cards are available before Christmas, and they can be collected at Efling’s reception at Guðrúnartún 1. Cards can also be sent by post at no extra cost. However, postal services are usually very busy during the holidays, so to ensure delivery in time, it is advisable to act quickly or pick up the card in person.
