New website Efling – A tremendous step forward in service to members

Ný vefsíða Efling stéttarfélags var tekin í notkun nú í morgun. Með henni er mikið framfaraskref stigið í þjónustu við félagsfólk. Með nýju vefsíðunnu stórbatnar þjónusta við félagsfólk, þannig er hægt að nálgast upplýsingar um réttindi með mjög einföldum hætti ásamt því að leit í kjarasamningum og launatöflum hefur tekið byltingarkenndum breytingum.

Um er að ræða umfangsmikla endurnýjun á vef félagsins sem gerir aðgengi að upplýsingum um réttindi og þjónustu bæði einfaldara, skýrara og notendavænna en nokkru sinni fyrr. Með nýju vefsíðunni verður þjónusta við félagsfólk bæði öflugri og skilvirkari. Þar er meðal annars hægt að nálgast upplýsingar um réttindi Eflingfélaga með einföldum hætti með því að skrá inn á hvaða vinnustað viðkomandi starfar. Þannig geta félagsmenn hratt og örugglega fundið þær upplýsingar sem eiga beint við um þeirra störf og réttindi.

The presentation of wage tables and collective agreements has also undergone a revolution. Searching the agreements is now much more accessible and easier than before to read them and find the sections that matter to each individual member. The page also presents information about the services and rights that Efling provides to its members in a clear and accessible way.

The site's appearance has been designed from the ground up and all its functionality has been changed with the aim of making the use as simple and convenient as possible. The new site is therefore both modern, clear and designed with the needs of union members in mind.

Work has been underway on developing the new site over the past months and the project has been one of the biggest digital development projects Efling to date. Employees from all areas of the Efling office came to work and contributed to ensure that the site reflects the members' needs as best as possible. The site was built by the company Klick in close and very successful cooperation with the staff of Efling.

The arrival of the new page is a great cause for celebration for both members and staff Efling. It is an important step in the ongoing development of the association's services and part of the clear policy Efling to improve members' access to information, rights and services.
